Yes, the Straightshot golf simulator is completely safe. We use simulator-specific foam balls read by laser technology, ensuring there's no risk of injury or property damage. Our setup is Hilton-approved and meets corporate safety standards for both indoor and outdoor events.

Cancellations made more than one week before the event are eligible for a full refund. If canceled within 48 hours of the event, 50% of the total booking fee will be due. We’re happy to work with you to reschedule in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, based on availability.

Straightshot travels throughout California and can accommodate events beyond the state depending on availability. We regularly serve cities across Southern and Northern California. Travel fees may apply for events outside San Diego County, and we're happy to discuss logistics for your specific location.
